CAQA Groups is the group entry point for a set of Australian businesses working in education quality, compliance and training and assessment materials. This site holds the material that belongs to the group as a whole rather than to any one of them: who the group is, the questions it is asked most often, the awards it has received, and the terms under which it trades.
The frequently asked questions page is the most substantial thing on this site and the best place to begin. It answers, in detail, what is included in an assessment resource, how resources are developed, what quality assurance is applied to them, and what happens after purchase. If you have a specific question about how the group works, it is likely answered there in full rather than in summary.
The about page sets out what the group does and how it is put together. The people page introduces the group's staff. The awards page lists the recognition the group has received, with the awarding body and year in each case. The video page collects recorded material, and contact gives the ways to reach the group.
The policies that apply to anything bought from the group are published in full and linked from the foot of every page: terms and conditions, the licence agreement that governs how purchased resources may be used, the returns and refunds policy, the pre order products policy, the resource development and SCORM policy, privacy, cookies and the disclaimer. They are written to be read rather than to be scrolled past, and the licence agreement in particular is worth reading before purchase, because it sets out what may and may not be done with a resource once it is yours.
