Mark has over 20 years of experience working within the VET sector as an Instructional Designer, RTO Manager, lead quality Auditor (ISO9001, 14001 and with the various Education standards). Mark has established a number of RTO’s and assisted with setting up quality and compliance management systems in national and international organisations. Mark is an accredited facilitator of team and leadership programs and profiles. Mark has been training and developing the next generation of Education Managers, Trainers and Assessors, having facilitated the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment since 1998 and the Diploma of Training and assessment since 2006.
Marks specialties include developing training and assessment resources (Including eLearning and video editing) and facilitating Team and Leadership development programs. Mark has also managed the implementation of a number of Learning Management Systems and been a power user for many leading LMS’s.
Mark is currently working on developing the assessments for the Automotive Training Package.
